BSS International Ltd was founded in 1995, when the present owner expanded it from a privately run family business. As the size of the organization expanded due to its growing reputation as a Company able to supply a high quality but competitively priced commodity, the ethos remained the same.
BSS International Ltd was formed to buy and sell all types of common salt (NaCl). The aim was to give good service at a reasonable price, and we still endeavour to achieve this target. We strive to give all our customers, from the smallest to the largest, the personal attention which they deserve and we are committed to providing the highest quality of both product and service. We still offer all types of salt and related services, but have now ventured into the food additives, chemical industry and salt spreading equipment. We source our products from the UK and Europe as well as further a field. When acquiring new products we strive to obtain the highest quality at the most competitive prices, as we know this is of the utmost importance to our customers. We also offer our expertise in seeking new or alternative products for our customers through our extensive network of suppliers to the salt and chemical industries across the globe.

The staff of BSS International Ltd are friendly and efficient: willing and able to help satisfy your requirements. We can find you a small bag of high quality sea salt for the grinder on your dinner table or a 25,000 tonne shipment of rock salt to keep your Country's roads safe in winter. No request is turned away lightly. The office is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and a well monitored answer phone system is also in place. Emergency telephone calls are accepted virtually 24 hours a day. The office can be contacted by telephone, fax or e-mail and your enquiry or order will be dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously at all times.

BSS Salt Supplies offers the delivery of small quantities of salt and water-softening sundries direct to the end user, through our own delivery drivers. This service is particularly valued by domestic users or smaller businesses.

We offer FREE delivery on orders of 10 or more 25kg bags within our locality.
